Just a few short weeks after Barrett Jackson, WestWorld in Scottsdale, Ariz. came alive again with the sound of engines as a few hundred cars rolled in for the Good Guys Rod and Custom 7th Annual Spring Nationals on March 4th, 5th and 6th.
We were out there and snapped a few pics of the cars as well as what the vendors had on display. Our own booth featured an old fan favorite that is currently undergoing an overhaul.
This 1969 Camaro came back to the shop for an update to make it more comfortable. Power steering, A/C, a rear seat, and a completely retooled interior will drastically improve the ride quality for the owner who prefers the road to the track. However, a new roll cage will ensure safety should this beast find itself back on the strip.
On top of all that, we fitted this car with our new flush-mount glass for 1967 to 1969 Camaros. The look of the vehicle is significantly improved and met with lots of attention from passersby at the show.
The difference is not hard to spot, as people quickly noticed. The glass fits amazingly well and compliments the custom look of this Camaro perfectly.
There were many many other beautiful vehicles at the show so, if you missed it, here are a few snapshots to sate your appetite. Enjoy!
1950’s Chevy cars and wagons were out in full force. Here are a few of the real lookers.
The show was a hit and we look forward to seeing more Good Guys cars in the future!
